About
Hi, I'm Hannah.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist in private practice. My work is rooted in a single belief: that healing is possible, and that presence is the doorway.
I am deeply aware of the burnout of everyday life, the secrets that we keep, and what it feels like to be lost and alone. I know that many of the people who reach out to me have been carrying something for a long time — quietly, competently, and at great cost.
My approach is holistic. I move through the pillars of self-compassion, cognitive behavioral therapy, active grounding, and mindfulness — meeting each person where they are and building a practice that fits the texture of their life.
I believe the antidote to our suffering is presence: controlling our thoughts, changing our minds, and learning, slowly, to show up for ourselves and for the people we love.
Experience
A breadth of clinical practice.
I have worked across a variety of mental health settings and bring extensive experience to the room — including in trauma, substance use, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression. Much of my work focuses on rebuilding confidence, helping clients find their voice, and learning what it means to show up — for themselves and for those they love.
